Effective September 28, 2026. Build Permit Signal, Little Rock, Arkansas. Questions: info@buildpermitsignal.com.
The service
Build Permit Signal ("we", "us") collects building permit records that Arkansas cities and counties publish or release as public records, organizes them, adds builder contact details from public sources where available, and delivers the result to subscribers by email as spreadsheets and summaries (the "Service"). By requesting a sample, subscribing, or using anything we send you, you agree to these terms.
Subscriptions and payment
Plans are priced per region as shown on our pricing page. After you choose a plan we email payment instructions; nothing is charged on the website itself. Your subscription starts when we confirm your payment and ends at the end of the period you paid for unless renewed. Prices may change for new periods; we will tell you by email before a change applies to you.
You may cancel at any time by emailing us. You keep receiving the Service until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
What you may do with the data
Subscriptions are for one business. You may use the lead sheets to contact builders and property owners about your own products and services, share them within your own company, and keep copies for your records.
- You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the sheets or the data in them, or use them to build a competing product or database.
- You are responsible for how you contact people. Emailing businesses must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act; automated calls and text messages are subject to the TCPA and state law. We recommend personal calls and emails only.
- You may not use the data for any unlawful purpose, including harassment or discrimination.
We may suspend or end a subscription that breaks these rules, with a refund of any unused full months.
Accuracy and availability
Permit records come from government sources and we pass them on as published, cleaned and organized. Cities make mistakes, publish late, and sometimes change formats; contact details found in public listings can be out of date. We check every sheet, mark fields we could not find as "not public", and correct errors you report, but we do not guarantee that any record, contact detail, value or estimated timing is complete, accurate or current.
Call windows (for example "roofing from") are estimates counted from the permit date and are provided as a planning aid only.
Delivery follows the cities' publishing schedules. Weekly cities appear in the next Monday sheet; monthly cities appear once their report is released.
Builders and contractors listed in our data
Builder names come from public permit records. If you are listed and would like your contact details removed from future sheets, email us with your company name and we will remove them within seven days.
Limits on our liability
The Service is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Build Permit Signal is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, arising from the Service or from your use of the data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top shows the current version and we will email subscribers about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
