30-day money-back on your first month
If the leads are not useful to you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that first payment in full. No questions beyond "what would have made it useful?", which helps us improve.
Cancelling later
You can cancel at any time by emailing us. You keep receiving lead sheets until the end of the period you have paid for. After the first 30 days, payments for a period already started are not refunded, except as below.
Yearly plans
Yearly plans are covered by the same 30-day money-back on the first payment. After 30 days, if you cancel a yearly plan we refund the unused full months beyond the current one, less two months, since the yearly price already includes two free months.
If we fail to deliver
If we miss a scheduled Monday sheet for your region and do not deliver it within the following week, that month is free: we credit it to your next invoice or refund it if you prefer.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Payoneer, usually within ten business days of our confirmation email.
